The course focuses on various aspects of networks and markets and their applications in electronic commerce. It evolves around the business view, the algorithmic view and the technical view, including “hands-on” projects, applying the various components of eCommerce. The topics of the course include, among others, search algorithms and applications, reputation systems, recommender systems, clustering, social networks, game theory, aucions, keyword auctions, and more.
